Complaint re election law violations by Rep. Richard Morgan

The gist is this:  A supposedly-independent issue advocacy political committee, the North Carolina Republican Mainstreet Committee, illegally coordinated its activities with Mr. Morgan, and at his direction used corporate contributions of as much as $100,000 to fund radio advertisements in support of his 2004 reelection campaign and the campaigns of several of his legislative allies.
