Further Details About the Problem:
Seller advertised an m125 Palm Pilot, and included a photograph of what
he was selling, which showed the Palm Pilot beside its hotsync cradle.
However, the seller shipped it without the hotsync cradle. I
complained. He says he doesn't have it, and suggested that I buy it at
www.palm.com (where it is priced at more than the price of the
auction). I offered to buy a replacement cradle or hotsync cable on
eBay (much cheaper) and let him pay for it, but he insists that "you
got what you bid on." -Dave
Requested Solutions:
- I would like the missing item(s) sent to me.
- I would like to return the item and have the other party pay for return shipping.
- I would like to exchange the item for another one and would like the other party to pay for the return shipping.
- I would be willing to accept a full or partial refund. ($10.50)
Further Details About the Solution:
I offered three solutions to the seller; he has refused them: 1) Ship
me the missing hotsync cradle (which he now says he doesn't have), 2)
Purchase a replacement for me, 3) Refund to me the cost of a
replacement which I purchase.
